Our editorial process

We write recipe instructions ourselves, keep factual source rows and retrieval dates with the data, and check all calculations and indexed pages before release. No dietitian or clinician review is claimed.

Original meals, transparent limits

The catalogue contains 75 different base preparations in four complete flavour recipes each. Recipe variations are identified by family; their three related swaps are checked for calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat within 10%. Recipes have not been physically kitchen-tested, so timing and texture guidance remain practical estimates.
